Il convegno inizia con delle immagini che ritraggono il maestro Mario Monicelli, che nell’intervista parla di Cultura.
La cultura è giovane, ricerca, conoscenza, voglia di sapere.
La cultura non è dei giovani, non è degli elderly, it is not left, nor right, but the culture is all.

La dottoressa Eleonora Lombardo invece, porta all’attenzione dei presenti, la distinzione delle due parole fondamentali del tema del convegno, ossia delle parole Stato e Cultura.

Definizione di Stato
Lo Stato come ordinamento giuridico.
Lo Stato può essere usato in senso allargato per definire l’ordinamento giuridico di una società organizzata.
Dal punto di vista esterno, ad esempio nel diritto internazionale, lo stato è una unità in its own right without distinguishing its internal organs.
Definition of Culture
